Who We AreEarly Education PartnershipThe Early Education Partnership is a group of public agencies and private businesses who have been meeting to analyze and discuss the early care and education needs of families and children in the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County. They began their work by conducting a Needs Assessment to determine what services working and in-school adults needed for their families. The group then formed a public/private non-profit corporation, Early Education Partnership, for the purpose of developing a high quality early care and education facility designed to meet the needs of families and children in the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County.
